Italiensk for begyndere (2000)
It should be called film made by beginners
This film makes the Blair Witch Project look like a major Hollywood production. The constant quick scene changes and tilted viewing angles are reminiscent of film school in the early 70's. If you can make it through more than 15 minutes of this torture you will need major medication.
Panic (2000)
Unfulfilled expectations
One wonders why Mr. Macy bothered signing on to this travesty. The only character with any modicum of intelligence was the person playing his child(perhaps a future replacement for Haley Joel Osmond)?. Mr Sutherland hasn't had a reputable role since he fondled Kristy Swanson in 1992.
At the beginning it appears to have some plot but the appearance of John Ritter should give one notice that there is nothing of importance coming at the "climax". The addition of Neve Campbell brings the small bit of psychological intrigue to an abrupt end(why have an inspiring thought when you can see Neve's tits instead?).
The ending leave you wondering what happened and why did you waste your time watching.
Bottle Rocket (1996)
Offensive to anyone of New World origin
Groucho Marx once said that that he wouldn't belong to a club that would accept him. There are similar concepts concerning musicals and Robert Goulet. I've discovered that if James Cann is in a recent film the same concept applies. That is, James Cann's appearance is a desperate attempt by the producers to draw in viewers from my age bracket.
This film is totally disjointed and has little redeeming features. Perhaps other films with the Wilson crew are worth seeing but not this one. The treatment of the service personnel who are hard working and the aggrandizement of the the rich mis-directed whites in this file is disgusting!
Regarde la mer (1997)
disgusting
This movie may not be poorly made but it is the most disgusting move I have ever seen. One must particularly enjoy viewing fecal matter to enjoy this. This is worse than any pornographic move that I have ever seen.
