This film is totally unconvincing. I didn't believe for a minute that those two men were gay, or actually in love with each other. It felt like the director came up with an interesting plot in his head and created a film without giving it much further thought. But c'mon! 50+ and 60+ men suddenly sexually attracted to each other after living decades as happy heterosexuals? It's great to live in a world where anyone can love anyone freely. But if you want to pull off an implausible storyline like that, you need to come up with a better script.

Big Yawn

So boring. Characters just yell and scream at each other throughout , mostly for no reason. Supposed to be a comedy , but I didn't even smile once , let alone laugh. Couldn't care less about any of the characters. Saw it with my wife and sat through this rubbish for her , right till the end. If I had watched it alone I would have walked out after the first 15 minutes. Some others in the audience did! My wife's verdict "pretty ordinary". Just excruciating.

This beautifully shot family comedy by director Simone Godano is the freshest & most enjoyable film I have see at the Outfest Film Festival this year. The actors are charming, moving, hilarious and sexy. The audience I watched this movie with loved every single minute. I recommend it without reservation.

Great story. This film has every emotion. The locations are gorgeous. The sets were also. Without giving too much of anything away, it's really a great story of pure love and family. The music is perfect too. The actors are beautiful as well as talented. Sandra's love for his father is so strong and unconditional. It was wonderful to see the difference between the two families while at the same time seeing how similar they really are. That no matter what, we all need love. This film is very much worth watching. You'll need to read the subtitles unless you speak this most beautiful language... Italian.
