I am so glad they are finally letting Jessica develop more this season beyond her broken and traumatic past so we can see a new and welcome side to her character. Very few superhero series have this privilege of being able to separate the 'super' from the 'hero', that it gives this series a unique flavour and is a reason it will always stand out for me even once it's over. Despite this being another slow and light-on-action episode, it continues to build on Jessica's relationships in a natural and organic way that I'm intrigued to see what's next for her.

Jessica moves in on he really bad guy, but he has a moat full of crocodiles. She was stabbed by him and knows that without the element of surprise, whatever happens, she will be blamed for it. So, at the conclusion, we get a bit of what we have been waiting for. It's steaming up a bit.

Warning: Spoilers
Sorry, but the "sweater" discussion at the end just did not work.
If this guy is going to be the big bad of the final season then this show will go out on a low note. This feels like someone from the later seasons of Dexter, and that is not a positive thing.
