- Contains very mild nudity as some patients may be suffering from an illness called "Emperor Complex", and wander naked in public, however, genitals and/or breasts are pixelated (buttocks are exposed). Other patients may be seen wearing medical gowns that expose their buttocks.

Some of the medical procedures, while fantastical, may be unnerving for some viewers, which may involving heads being replaced, injections being administered via a comically large syringe etc. Surgical procedures may be carried out in operating theatres, however, the bodies of patients being operated on are pixelated, and doctors are seen pulling out toys and other foreign objects from patients as opposed to organs.
- Worm-like creatures can be shot by the player, leaving behind yellow blood-like stains.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- When patients die, they fall the ground and become ghosts, where they leave behind pools of ectoplasma and frighten other patients and hospital staff. Janitors can vacuum them up. While the depiction of ghosts is comical, very young or especially sensitive viewers may be frightened by their depiction.
- Contains crude humour as patients can vomit, urinate and/or defecate (leaving behind puddles and/or sausage-shaped feces) if they are unable to access the toilets.
