The film nearly didn't happen when it had a false start, twice, putting it on temporary hold until actor, Jason Beeston stepped in to help get the project started.
The piece was shot in a real London police station. With the use of a real interview room for the interview scenes, a real cell for the cell scene and the external shots with the heavily barricaded gates and razor wire high walls, it gave for the perfect setting.
Faro was re-written, rehearsed, organized and shot within just 6 days. The dedicated actors and crew worked into the morning on both shoot days in order to finish it.
