This was a tour de force for a low budget film. T.J. Griffin does an excellent job playing Ron James. He is in practically every scene. He had other actors to converse with, but it reminded me a lot of Tom Hanks in Castaway. This is a true story of how drug addiction caused turmoil in the life of Ron James and how he turned himself around by ultimately making the right choices. That might sound like a typical plot, but it is executed perfectly. There was a lot of narration, which I really liked. It gave the movie an extra dimension with that added personal touch. Worth seeing.
