Survivor deleted scene revealed what Q Burdette planned to eat as his first meal when returning home
Q Burdette had a plan for his first meal upon returning to his home from Fiji.
A Reward Challenge impacted him in a big way during Survivor 46, because it stuck with him while the game continued.
In a new Survivor 46 deleted scene, Q, Ben Katzman, and Maria Gonzalez are shown relaxing after returning to camp from a new Reward Challenge.
Charlie Davis had just won a meal of Chinese takeout food and invited Kenzie Petty and Liz Wilcox to join him.
Q put on a brave face, claiming he didn’t even miss out on anything, stating that the Chinese food wasn’t as good as what he got from Applebee’s.
“I didn’t miss it so much,” Q said about the Chinese takeout. “Because it wasn’t really getting, juicy, you know, shakes, or, you know, they didn’t have [mozarella] sticks and chicken wings and shrimp like I had at Applebess’s.

Survivor 46 set a new record this week. It isn’t a record that is a good thing, either, as it makes this year’s Survivor contestants look poor strategically. This record shows that more people have gone home in one season — who could have saved themselves — than in any previous season of the show.
Here is the new Survivor 46 record that was set which makes this season a little disappointing for many fans.
Survivor 46 Sets Record With Q’s Elimination
On this week’s episode of Survivor, Maria and Charlie were suddenly on opposite sides of the fence. While the two have worked together this entire season, they decided it was time to go into business for themselves. However, Charlie chose not to target Maria. Instead, he targeted Q.
This should have marked the end of the road for Charlie. That is because Q had grabbed an Immunity...

Survivor 46 is coming to an end with a three-hour finale. The two people who most expected to make it to the end are there. It seems that Charlie and Maria have manipulated most of the game and eliminated the people they deemed most dangerous. However, that makes the rest of the contestants’ gameplay look weak.
Here is what fans are saying about the latest season of Survivor.
Is The Survivor 46 Gameplay Bad?
This season, there have been a lot of people competing for things like Immunity Idols, but many of those people ended up going home at the end of the episode anyway. This makes little sense and it makes it seem like no one is playing the game with any sort of strategy in mind.
It seems the only two people playing strategy is Charlie Davis and Maria Shrime Gonzalez. They have worked hand in hand this entire season.

The legacy of the Survivor 46 cast is one of playing without advantages.
Survivor 46 had Hidden Immunity Idols, with some fun twists on how the players acquired them.
But the Survivor 46 castaways weren’t keen on actually playing those Idols.
Instead, many players wanted to keep those Idols hidden for an extended period. Even when they knew they were at risk of being voted out.
Many episode segments featured Idol holders speaking about getting through a particular vote and then using their Idol later in the game.
It became a running joke for host Jeff Probst that the chaotic Tribal Councils and smoke screens required him to have snacks and a relaxed setting to sit back and enjoy the mess.

The promo just hit for the Survivor 46 season finale. The episode follows another blindside where yet another contestant went home with an immunity idol in their pocket. Now, the final five fight to make it to the final three, and then it is up to the Survivor 46 jury to determine the winner.
Here is what you can expect from the season finale of Survivor.
Who Is Left On Survivor 46?
This season of Survivor proves that no one can trust anyone. Unlike other seasons, there is no real alliance on the show this season. That was proven when Venus went home with an immunity idol in her pocket. Even Maria and Charlie, who seem close this season, can’t trust each other as Charlie has already hinted at turning on her to secure his final spot.

Only five people were left after another blindside happened in the final six.
Q Burdette got voted out with an Immunity Idol still in his pocket. He finished in sixth place and took a spot on the Survivor 46 jury.
It has become a season of people wasting their advantages, unknowingly giving many Survivor fans exactly what they wanted, a season without advantages.
But there are still some big moments ahead, including a Fire-Making Challenge to help decide the final three.
The Survivor 46 season finale arrives on Wednesday, May 22. It’s a three-hour installment, with the final segment covering a pizza party in Fiji. No, there’s no Survivor Reunion Show this year.

A new episode of Survivor 46 had the final six castaways battling.
Following the blindside of Venus Vafa, it was unclear who the favorite was to win.
But it was equally clear that Q Burdette was the top candidate to be voted out next.
As a reminder, the Survivor 46 season finale is on May 22. Then, the wait begins until Survivor 47 debuts in the fall.
In her exit interviews, Venus called Ponderosa “traumatizing.” Ponderosa is where people go after they get voted out in Fiji, and it’s also where the jury hangs out.
Soda Thompson responded and refuted Venus’ claims, sharing what she experienced after getting voted out.

Venus Vafa shared some thoughts about her experience at Ponderosa on Survivor 46, and Soda Thompson disagrees with her story.
Survivor 46 featured Venus and Soda on the same tribe – a tribe that found much early success at winning challenges.
The ladies seemed destined to go far in the game, but Soda got blindsided with an Immunity Idol still in her pocket to become the first jury member.
Venus also got blindsided with an Idol, even though it happened a few episodes later. It meant that Soda was waiting at Ponderosa when Venus was sent there a few days later.
Ponderosa is the name of the place where players are stationed before the game begins and after they are voted out of the game. It’s supposed to be a fun place to spend time, rehashing what has happened that season without the stress of gameplay.

Survivor 46 appears to be headed toward another betrayal this season. The entire purpose of this show is to win it all, and while people make alliances and friends while competing, only one can win in the end. It looks like one alliance is about to end, with Charlie Davis considering betraying his closest ally to target the end game.
Here is what Charlie appears to be planning to do in the next episode.
Charlie Planning To Betray Maria On Survivor 46
Charlie Davis wants to win Survivor 46 and knows that he has to make some tough decisions in the game if he wants to reach the end. This includes betraying someone who has stood by his side the entire competition. There appears to be a chance that Charlie will turn on his ally Maria Shrime Gonzalez.

It’s been a dramatic season of Survivor in Fiji, with many blindsides happening at Tribal Council.
Survivor fans will hear from those castaways who got blindsided during the part on finale night.
Unfortunately, we don’t get a real Survivor 46 reunion, which would have been entertaining with this cast.
As with recent seasons of Survivor, this one also ends with the final three players and the jury celebrating together immediately after the vote for a winner.
Revealing the winner in Fiji has changed the entire tone of Survivor finale nights, but everyone is trying to get used to it.
At least the producers and CBS give Survivor fans that recap hour because not every reality competition show gets one.
When is the Survivor 46 season finale?
The Survivor 46 season finale is on Wednesday, May 22. The episode will begin with five people still competing to become the Sole Survivor.

Hunter McKnight was voted out on the latest Survivor 46 episode.
During an episode where Hunter continuously said he was about to use his Hidden Immunity Idol, his safety seemed guaranteed.
But then Hunter didn’t use his Idol, the target shifted to him after a split vote, and Hunter was suddenly the third jury member.
It seemed like Hunter was on a trajectory to possibly win Survivor 46, especially due to how good he was at challenges.
Having found a Hidden Immunity Idol, Hunter could always fall back on that if he failed to win a challenge.
When Charlie Davis won the latest Immunity Challenge on Episode 9, Hunter should have been ready to use his Idol.

Many Survivor fans were frustrated and upset about Hunter getting voted out. But they weren’t just mad at the other castaways.

Many fans are eager to know who will become a top-three finalist in Survivor 46, but recent rumors may have even revealed who will come out as the winner.
As the name suggests, Survivor 46 is the forty-sixth installment of the ever-expanding Survivor franchise.
As with other seasons, Survivor 46's premise is simple - contestants compete in different challenges in order to remain healthy enough to stay on the show. Each week, someone is eliminated until one is left standing and crowned Sole Survivor.

The Survivor social media folks shared footage from an older auction to excite fans about a new episode.
But the intent was only to show that popcorn would appear, and not to suggest that a Survivor 46 auction is coming.
As fans who tuned in to the April 24 episode saw, host Jeff Probst brought popcorn to the Tribal Council.
After the chaos from the previous Tribal Council, where Jeff was forced to sit and watch as many side conversations happened, Jeff came prepared this time.
To Jeff’s credit, he shared the popcorn with some of the Survivor 46 castaways, which served as a rare treat for some of them.
Liz Wilcox has many allergies that keep her from eating things like coconuts, so getting even a small popcorn snack was huge for her.

Could the Survivor 46 castaways top the chaos of the previous episode?
A new Survivor 46 episode aired on Wednesday night, with the producers showing the fallout of that Tevin Davis blindside.
As a reminder, Q Burdette appeared ready to quit, even asking people to vote him out at the previous Tribal Council.
However, the people working with Q had other ideas, and after many conversations happening as host Jeff Probst watched on, an 8-2 vote sent Tevin to the jury.
Venus Vafa was pretty upset to see her name written down twice, even though one of them was Tevin. It means she had her sights set on Hunter McKnight, who had also voted against her.
Could Hunter prove how adept he was at playing Hide ‘N Seek by avoiding the wrath of Venus? Would he figure out how to stay safe, thanks partly to his Hidden Immunity Idol?

CBS has released a bonus scene from Survivor 46. It comes from when the newly merged tribe came up with its name and painted the flag.
This scene was filmed on Day 15 of Survivor 46 before Tevin Davis got blindsided by the next Tribal Council vote.
It’s a drama-free scene that could have been good within an episode, but many scenes hit the cutting room floor each year.
The video also reveals what each castaway chose to represent them on the flag, with one person going a different route from everyone else.
When comparing this flag to hang-painted efforts from the past, the Survivor 46 cast certainly stands out. It’s a fun one.

Survivor 46 castaway Maria Gonzalez hasn’t been featured in many confessionals this season.
In reality television, confessionals are the moments where a cast member speaks one-on-one with the camera.
These moments help bridge the gaps in the story of an episode and provide a unique perspective from the players themselves.
Fans may have noticed that Maria hasn’t been featured in many of them. Maria shared a graphic on her social media page breaking down the times of each player.
It might surprise some viewers to learn that five people who were already voted out have received more confessional time than Maria.
Are the producers giving her an edit to hide her gameplay until later on? Or is she not creating enough drama to command screen time?

A double-elimination episode ended Soda Thompson’s journey on Survivor 46. It was an unfortunate ending for her, but at least she made it to the jury phase.
Now Soda is reminiscing about her time in Fiji and touching on her gameplay, an odd relationship with Venus Vafa, and how she’s doing.
Here is a full recap of the episode that saw Soda and Tim Spicer voted out. Tim was sent home as the last person to be eliminated before the jury phase.
“I was very shocked. I keep saying this, but it’s like taking a pill and getting out of the Matrix,” Soda told Parade about the blindside.
“You’re all of a sudden awake, like you’ve been on this ride. And now, ‘Bloop!’ It’s out. And you’re like, ‘Wait, wait, wait, what? Okay, back to the real world. Oh my god, this is so sad.

A new deleted scene from Survivor 46 has been shared by CBS, with this one featuring Q Burdette. After miraculously surviving being on the Yanu Tribe, Q is now part of the final 10 this season.
But there are times when it seems like Q is overplaying his hand, especially when he talks to some of the women and tells them what to do. Tiffany Ervin and Kenzie Petty noted on a previous episode that he has been “barking” orders.
Why was this particular scene left off the Survivor episodes? Maybe it foreshadows Q going home on an upcoming episode after misreading one of his opponents?
“I’ve always had this gift to connect with people,” Q says during a Survivor confessional before adding, “If you can connect with people, they can trust you, you can get information, and in this game, I’ve got a little bit of information from everybody.

On Wednesday’s seventh episode of “Survivor 46,” two groups of six attended two different Tribal Councils where two players had immunity and two players were eliminated. In the second group, the original Nami players had a 4-2 advantage in numbers, but with so many cracks already formed in their alliance it was a prime opportunity for the tables to be turned against Soda Thompson in the first major blindside of the season. Read on for Soda’s “Survivor 46” exit interview from the end of the episode.
When the groups of six were randomly divided and one had four Nami players and two Siga players, it seemed inevitable that Nami should and would keep their numbers by taking out either Maria Shrime Gonzalez or Charlie Davis. When Maria won immunity for herself, Charlie was in the hot seat only to slowly find out that Nami was itching to going for one of their own.

A new episode of Survivor saw the end of two castaways in Fiji.
There was immediate drama as Venus Vafa was upset that someone had voted for her at the previous Tribal Council.
Everyone else voted for Moriah Gaynor, who got sent packing before the merge was complete.
Venus accused Soda Thompson of voting for her, but it wasn’t Soda who did it. Q was pleased this was happening, but it was short-lived.
Feeling tension at camp, Charlie Davis came clean about voting for Venus. It led to Q Burdette pulling Charlie aside and telling him it was a bad game move. Suddenly, Charlie was then gunning for Q.
Ben Katzman suffered a panic attack after waking up in the middle of the night. He was calmed down by Kenzie Petty, who gave a confessional about how she was well-versed in anxiety.

Heading into the sixth episode of “Survivor 46,” the remaining 13 players prepared to merge as the fifth person had just been eliminated from the game: Jemila “Jem” Hussain-Adams of the Siga tribe. Prior to that, Randen Montalvo was medically evacuated from the Nami tribe, and David Jelinsky, Jessica “Jess” Chong and Bhanu Gopal were all voted out of the Yanu tribe. So whose torch did Jeff Probst snuff during this week’s 90-minute merge episode?

A “secret scene” from Survivor 46 has been released, giving Venus Vafa some additional screen time.
This deleted scene would have been fun to watch during the episode, but the producers have had to cut lots of footage this year.
The Nami Tribe has been extremely successful on Survivor 46, winning safety in the first five Immunity Challenges.
Venus, Tevin Davis, Soda Thompson, Liz Wilcox, Hunter McKnight, and Randen Montalvo have been impressive.
Unfortunately for Randen, he was removed from the game due to a medical emergency. But the remaining five members of the tribe have continued the winning trend.
Back at camp, Tevin called Venus “rude and snarky” in this clip. It was an interesting deleted scene that showed the tribe members interacting.
Now, a new clip has been released that has Venus as the star.

“Where do they find the energy?” Venus said to herself as the video began.

Survivor 46 has reached the “merge” stage of the season. But since this is the New Era of Survivor, the players have to earn the merge.
Jem was voted off the previous episode, leaving only 13 people competing for the $1 million prize. Now it’s time for the castaways to prove they deserve a spot in the final 12.
Since it is time to earn the merge, it also means the remaining members of the Yanu Tribe have survived. Despite members at the first three Tribal Councils, Q, Tiffany, and Kenzie have made it to the next stage.
Yanu lost the first four Immunity Challenges, leading to Jelinsky, Jess, and Bhanu getting sent home. They were only spared from a fourth elimination when Randen from the Nami Tribe was pulled due to a medical situation.
To earn the merge (unless something has changed), two teams of six people will compete to make the merge.

The Survivor 46 winner won’t officially be revealed for a while, but online information has been leaked that points to a few castaways.
A Reddit user named LifetimeRobot has become synonymous with confirming or refuting Survivor spoilers on threads.
The user was correct with the information they shared about Survivor 45, even though some of the pre-season spoilers didn’t seem like they could be correct.
So far, their information has also been correct about Survivor 46, supporting the assumption that they have some inside information.
Readers must take these spoilers with a grain of salt so far. The production team has not confirmed anything about the winner, and likely won’t to ensure viewers keep tuning in.
But for Survivor addicts who want a headstart on what could take place on the season finale, it’s interesting to look ahead.

[Warning: The following contains Major spoilers for Survivor Season 46 Episode 4.] For four weeks now, these Survivor 46 power rankings have mostly been comprised of members from the Yanu Tribe. It’s nearly impossible for anyone in the game to be the most talked-about player of the week when so much of the 90-minute episodes are focused on this flailing group. For the fourth week in a row, Yanu ended up facing elimination. Episode 4 may finally be the beginning of a new age for this struggling team. And let’s hope it is, because as it stands, Yanu is one of the worst — if not the worst — tribe in recent seasons of Survivor. Not because everyone there is a bad player, but because none of them can get their group act together despite their efforts. Last week, I named Bhanu the Dark Horse of the episode, as his and the team’s luck seemed to turn with Randen...

Three episodes into the Survivor 46 season, it has been rough-sledding for one particular tribe. And viewers have noticed.

A new season of Survivor debuted on Wednesday night, and with it came a new villain.
Jelinsky, who decided to start talking in the third person, became the first person voted out on Survivor 46.
After several people quit on Survivor 45, the narrative that Jelinsky was quitting on challenges during Survivor 46 rubbed fans the wrong way.
Early in the episode, the Yanu Tribe lost the first challenge, forcing two members to complete a Sweat Challenge to earn their camp supplies.
David “Jelinsky” Jelinsky and Q Burdette volunteered for the task. They had to transport water from the ocean to two urns in a limited period.
The buckets had holes in them, making the challenge much more difficult, and the result was Jelinsky and Q quitting before they came close to finishing.

The episode’s editing showed Jelinsky as the reason the duo quit the challenge.

The Survivor 46 season has much hype to go along with it.
A new group of castaways filmed their season in Fiji, and CBS is rolling out extended episodes this winter and spring.
Host Jeff Probst is doing many interviews in the run-up to the season premiere, and in one of them, he spoke about the viciousness of the Survivor 46 cast.
That’s a shocking word to hear from Jeff, especially since the New Era of Survivor has been laid back.
Some Survivor fans feel that the laidback atmosphere has made it easier for some players to quit. But fans grew very tired of people quitting during Survivor 45.
The bar is high for the Spring 2024 season, and Jeff has prepared fans to experience some changes when comparing it to recently aired seasons.

Survivor 46 is on the way, and host Jeff Probst has had much to say about the new season.
Jeff recently shared the new Survivor voting booth, touching off a controversy between fans who love change and those who want things to stay the same.
CBS viewers will see it during the first episode of Season 46, which debuts on Wednesday, February 28. And it’s certainly much different.
A new cast played the game for Survivor 46, with 18 brand-new players competing for the $1 million prize.
The location has also remained the same, with CBS very comfortable filming all recent seasons in Fiji. It’s cost-effective, and they can film seasons back-to-back with ease.
Jeff has some bad news about Survivor auctions ahead of the new season. It’s a segment fans love, as castaways bid on food or advantages midway through the game.
Goodbye to the Survivor auctions again?

Survivor 46 will introduce more than a cast of new players.
An image of the new voting booth is also creating social media buzz.
At each Tribal Council, castaways go to the voting booth to secretly place their votes.
People who lost their votes pretended they were voting in more recent seasons.
Everyone will have even more privacy to do so, and the voting booth is now well-lit.
But maybe the extra lighting was only intended for host Jeff Probst, and it gets toned down on episodes.

Below is an image going around social media of what is allegedly the Survivor 46 voting booth. We see host Jeff Probst excitedly speaking to the camera and likely priming the audience for a new season.
It’s a different look in the past and a departure from making sure it looks like an on-location shot, not just a set.

A Survivor 46 cast member has had some troubles with his eyes.
College coach Tim Spicer revealed some eye-opening stories in the run-up to the new Survivor season – pun intended.
Tim’s hometown is Arlington, Virginia, but he now resides in Atlanta, Ga.
Survivor castaways talk about themselves in bios that get released each season. Tim called himself goal-oriented, a charismatic team player, and a strategic thinker.
On paper, Tim seems like someone who could be a true contender for that $1 million prize. But the game isn’t played on paper, so we will see how he did in Fiji.
As a reminder, the new season begins on Wednesday, February 28. Here is a link to the full Survivor 46 cast, featuring 18 new players.
