When Ralph's lawyer says that he needs time to examine the backup documents that the professor's lawyer introduces the into evidence, the professor's lawyer responds that he doesn't have to because Ralph's lawyer didn't request them. He would be required to hand over the documents as well as give them time to go over them as part of the procedure.
Cooke says that the actual Declaration of Independence and Constitution aren't on display, but are actually in Fort Knox. This is not correct as they are on display at the National Archives in DC. From 1941-1944 after Pearl Harbor these documents were stored at Fort Knox.
