At 4:18 the Social Engineer refers to Asimov's laws which follow: First Law: A robot may not injure a human being, or through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm. Second Law: A robot must obey orders given to it except where such orders would conflict with the First Law. Third Law: A robot must protect its own existence as long as that protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws. The laws were published in science fiction writer Isaac Asimov's 1950 collection "I, Robot".
During her interviews on the DVD extras, Stoya consistently refers to the film's title as "Ederlezi Rising", Ederlezi Corporation being the sponsor of this voyage to Alpha Centauri. Presumably this was the working title before the film's release as "A. I. Rising".
