Danny and his mates hit the pub (complete with hangovers.) Fred is doing more wheeling and dealing, he's flogged his washing machine for a load of fish. Danny has the sex lecture in school. The family try to go up in the world by switching to wine. Desperate to go away, Fred compromises and takes Bet on a caravan holiday, she hopes for peace and intimacy, but a group of friends turns up with the beers.
I had been so impressed with the opener and had really looked forward to Part 2, it was a really good continuation. The sex talk in school was cringeworthy, and the Caravan scene is really funny. Peter Kay continues to be a joy, his dancing has to be seen.
Not as funny as the opener, but still really good. 7/10
