When Tom witnesses a weapons deal in Dresden, Germany one of the gangsters gets into a BMW. The license plate shown (DD17 36F9) uses a format not used in Germany (a correct variation would be DD F 369).
Signage of Judge Renner's door identifies him as an "associate justice". This is not a proper title for any federal judge other than the eight Associate Justices of the Supreme Court.
The Deputy Attorney General refers to Harold Cooper as "Agent Cooper." He is an Assistant Director of the FBI and is properly titled "Assistant Director Cooper."
While this is technically correct, Cooper is still an FBI Agent. At times, some people will omit the rank out of either ignorance or as an attempt to disrespect the agent.

All the "Germans" have thick American accents and some of their are not completely idiomatic. The actors obviously don't speak German and only pronounce the words phonetically. The tattoo on Christofs back says "Deutschland für die Deutschen" but the common Nazi phrase is "Deutschland den Deutschen".
The license plates of all the cars in "Dresden" do not follow the actual German pattern and use the wrong font, although the area code DD for Dresden is correct.
The heading on the subpoena shown near the beginning is misspelled, reading "Unites States Superior Court".
The scenes set in the streets of Dresden are obviously shot somewhere else made up to look a bit more like Germany. The water-hydrants aren't the type that is used in Germany, also the shops seen in the background are fictional. Additionally, the shooting of a driver by a motorcyclist which supposedly took place in Dresden took place at 552 W 27th St, New York City. Although the store signs are covered with custom signs, the producers left one sign - a black banner spelling out "aperture" with the number "47" at the bottom. Doing a search in Google Maps in New York shows one business named "aperture" at 547 W 27th St.
In the establishing shot of nighttime Dresden, Germany at around 15 minutes into the episodes, the city shown is not Dresden, but Budapest, capital of Hungary.
Additionally to the clear american houses and shop signs at the location of the shooting in the streets of Dresden, you can see yellow traffic lights. The traffic signs in Germany are dark green.
The opening scene has Detective Wilcox and his counsel walking into what is supposed to be DC Federal Court. However there is sign in the background that says 158th Street. There is no 158th ST in Washington DC. That would be NYC.
There are no above-ground fire hydrants in German city streets, just cast-iron covers over the water mains hydrant connectors. In case of emergency, the fire brigade opens the covers and connects their hydrants to them.
When speaking with the judge, Liz refers to Cooper as "Deputy Director". He's an Assistant Director. (The subpoena has it correct.)
In her session with the judge, Liz admits to extrajudicial killings by her task force and the judge does not even ask any questions about it, let alone indict her.
