Warning: Spoilers
Nathan helps a souvenir shop with sales by making the store the set of a film, starring Johnny Depp. He hires Johnny Depp impersonator, Ronny Rodriguez, to draw people to the store. He gives the customers an opportunity to to be in the film by making a purchase. One customer wants to return the items she just bought, so Nathan brings her to meet Johnny Depp's trailer, having him sign every item she purchased. He hires a Bill Gates impersonator to draw in more customers.

Nathan meets with a retired judge, who accuses him of fraud. To turn it around, Nathan makes the movie by editing the footage from the store and writing a script. He writes a love scene for his character and hires an actress for a single scene. The judge says it won't hold up in court unless it won an award.

After being rejected by film festivals, Nathan creates his own. He gets script supervisor Crayton Smith to judge the film against a video of a man farting. He presents The Web to an audience and wins the award.

Nathan's execution of The Web is genius, making this one of the best episodes yet. The Web is a three minute short film that is brilliantly edited. The acting by Nathan, Ronnie Rodriguez and the Bill Gates impersonator are hilarious. The incorporation of the souvenir shop and customers makes it that much better. Nathan tells his love scene costar about the award and reveals he wasn't fully in character during the kiss. He feels sorry for her not feeling anything. He understands what it's like to be a tourist, having so much hope and being left with nothing but a souvenir.
