  Hanna Marin : Yeah, Spencer, that's exactly what I said. Duh. No, I just said that... we have some things in common, and we should talk. It could be like a support group thing.

  Spencer Hastings : Wow. Yeah. Hanna, you're two-for-two.

• Emily Fields : [reading from the screen]  "Ali, Ali, oxen-free, whoever finds her, gets to keep her."

  Hanna Marin : Did we just get dared?

• Hanna Marin : Sometimes I imagine her wet and scared in a cardboard box by some train tracks, and... other times, I see her in a penthouse, dripping diamonds and laughing at us, but... we don't know which one's the truth. None of us do. So we have to bring her back.

  Hanna Marin : [snickers]  Well, I'm saving it all up for you. God, I'm glad you're back.

  Caleb Rivers : I thought I'd go crazy missing you.

  Hanna Marin : Let's get out of here.

  Hanna Marin : [while Spencer stares out the window]  Where has she been all this time?

  Aria Montgomery : I don't know.

  Emily Fields : Do you think she's been hiding right here... in Rosewood?

  Hanna Marin : Why would she be hiding? Why couldn't she just come back?

  Aria Montgomery : I don't know.

  Hanna Marin : You keep saying that.

  Aria Montgomery : [shrugs]  Because I don't know.

  Emily Fields : Okay, what do we know? Somebody tried to kill Ali. They buried her in her backyard.

  Aria Montgomery : Right, and then Grunwald pulled her out.

  Hanna Marin : Yeah, like a carrot.

  Aria Montgomery : But why didn't she just call the cops?

  Emily Fields : Which cops were she supposed to call? Wilden, Garrett?

  Hanna Marin : Ali not calling the cops is the only thing I do understand.

  Aria Montgomery : You guys, we just found out that Ali is alive. She's really alive. But why am I not insanely happy?

  Emily Fields : Thought it was just me.

  Hanna Marin : It's not.

  Spencer Hastings : [turns away from window]  Look, we can figure out how we feel about this later. The fact is that Ali's alive. Right? And she's been hiding out this whole time. Maybe it was in Rosewood. Maybe it was in Philadelphia. Maybe it was in Nova Scotia. Okay? But the sooner we can make it okay for her to come back, the sooner we can sit her down in a chair and ask her what the hell is going on, and why she would do this to us.

  Emily Fields : [shakes her head]  Ali always liked games.

  Aria Montgomery : What? Like she's been playing with us? Chasing us around on the game board...

  Emily Fields : Like she was A? Tell me you never thought that yourself.

  Hanna Marin : No. That's crazy, isn't it?

  Emily Fields : But we have to consider every possibility, don't we?

  Hanna Marin : Not the ones that make you wanna hide in the closet with a quart of ice cream.

  Spencer Hastings : There's someone Ali's so afraid of, she can't come back. Who?

  Emily Fields : Toby said the only thing that Shana was guilty of, was selling Jenna's car to Mona.

  Aria Montgomery : And CeCe's been busy running from the cops 'cause she killed Wilden.

  Hanna Marin : What about Board Shorts?

  Emily Fields : Uh, we don't even know if that's a real person.

  Spencer Hastings : It was a real person who came after me in that house.

• Hanna Marin : [at Alison's crypt]  Okay, I've been thinking, and I have a theory.

  Spencer Hastings : [skeptical]  You have what?

  Hanna Marin : [holding her own]  A theory. Do you wanna hear it or not?

  Aria Montgomery : Hey, guys, don't... don't fight in the crypt.

  Hanna Marin : Hey, look. Ali's not in the box. She's alive somewhere. But somebody is dead. And that somebody must have been buried in the backyard after Ali was pulled out, and before the men came in to set up the gaze-bo, and pour the cement.

  Spencer Hastings : [correcting way Hanna pronounced]  "Gazebo."

  Hanna Marin : Whatever! It still means that there's a girl missing somewhere. And that girl went missing around the time Ali did. So we figure out who's really in there, and connect them with someone we do know, then... that would solve the whole thing.

  Aria Montgomery : Yeah, but the body that was in the box was identified as Ali. How... how did that happen?

  Emily Fields : I don't know how, but it was.

  Aria Montgomery : Yeah, so, why?

  Hanna Marin : Because... it was important to somebody that we think it was Ali.

  Spencer Hastings : You're right, that's an actual theory.

  Hanna Marin : [smiles]  Apology accepted.

  Emily Fields : [looking at Alison's crypt]  Knock, knock...

  Aria Montgomery : Who's there?

• Ashley Marin : Call your father. He wants an answer.

  Hanna Marin : I'm not going with him and Isabel.

  Ashley Marin : It would be a lot of fun. Australia is a long ways away from all that's been happening here.

  Hanna Marin : Well, Isabel thinks if she gets me below the Equator, I'll be freed from your influence.

  Ashley Marin : Not much chance of that.

  Hanna Marin : And besides, the water in Australia runs backwards, and I cannot deal with that.

• Mona Vanderwaal : Hello, stranger.

  Hanna Marin : Mona...

  Mona Vanderwaal : I thought you might like a ride in my new wheels. A victory lap in Jenna's Mustang. Since she won't be needing it anymore.

  Hanna Marin : Kind of creepy, don't you think?

  Mona Vanderwaal : Creepy is as creepy does.

  [smiles] 

  Hanna Marin : I'll think about it.

  Mona Vanderwaal : You're shutting me out again. I can understand the others, but not you. I thought we moved on. After what I did for you.

  Hanna Marin : [shakes her head]  That's just it, Mona. I don't know if you did do it for me.
