STUPID DREAM SEQUENCE A KILLER
Bishopcolle5 April 2023
Overall, the episode was good. Several story lines with good vibes and acting. I don't want to discuss those lines in detail, hating spoilers, so I won't go there. One story line between father and son was rocky, but developed okay. Another story line about neighborhood struggles was filled with allulose-too sugary. A relationship between cousins made me want to scream, but then oozed into a Dream (Nightmare?) sequence. Sorry, I had to fast forward through this segment. Give me a break! This is the kind of writing that will end my viewership. The story is good, without this deviation into Dreamland.

The sitcom dream sequence was cringeworthy
yaornw5 April 2023
There were some nice moments in this episode, but this is just more proof that these people are running out of storylines and ideas because in the middle they went into this ridiculously cheesy and bad sitcom dream sequence that was so horrible. I had to fast forward after five minutes. Literally unwatchable. When they returned to the main storyline, everything was fine. But that sitcom thing was a new low. I love this cast, and I love these characters, and I actually like them better than the mothership. At least none of them annoy me like that idiot Buck. But this time it's the writers who are annoying me because they're not doing justice to the talent and characters and world they set up already. If anything, they are denigrating it. Please do better.

Good and bad

Like another viewer you may be inclined to fast forward the sitcom dream sequence. While it is very cringeworthy it is saved by Ronen, Rafael and Natacha. They don't appear until near the end so you have to watch til the end. Or you could just fast forward till they appear. Natacha has a really great line and Ronen and Rafael are very adorable in their roles. Ronen does give off a 70s cop porn with that moustache though, but hey, you know he probably asked for it. Jim in a milkman's uniform is kinda hilarious too. At least some of the cast did enjoy the change from their normal roles.

What Mateo does to get this dream sequence is off though.

Stupid dream sequence
toncincin6 April 2023
This show is really starting to get ridiculous. The dream sequence in this episode was beyond stupid. We ended up fast-forwarding through it. The story could have been told without the "filler."

Ridiculousness! Like Owen being asked to go undercover for the FBI. That doesn't happen! They don't just pick people off the street to go undercover. Just kind of over the silly storylines.

Well - I've said all I need to - but IMDB requires 600 characters in a review. I realize they want reviews with some "meat" Unfortunately - normal people can convey their thoughts in 300 characters. Good job IMDB.

Wow lol

We need to see more of Grace & Judd together!!! They had small screen time this season!!

I gave it an 8 because: We got to see Grace and Judd!! Finally seeing more Judd...

So about this episode...

First thing first, we haven't seen Wyatt or a mention of him since the season started and now the writers are throwing this on us.

So the writers are going to make Judd & Grace grandparents!!!

Theories...: So if the show gets renewed, are we just going to skipped the entire pregnancy like they did for Grace and see Wyatt raising this baby??

Theories #2: it's hard to believe this storyline will be happening, something major will happen!!

And Mateo.... It's a No.

Not fan of the character and the actor is forcing this acting stuff...

"9-1-1, What's Your Emergency? "Help, the Show's Jumped the Shark!"
derekobr-010675 April 2023
It used to be good. Really. Lots of, you know, actual emergencies worthy of 9-1-1. Yes, maybe many were unrealistic-seeming, but they were often based on actual cases that they gathered and adapted.

And I liked the mix of characters, liked them from the start. But their soap opea antics always took second stage to the cases they faced. Now I'm sitting here watching it, guessing every line, every plot twist, until we finally get this episode, with an extended, self-indulgent dream sequence with the cast that just went on and on and on until I finally turned it off.

What the hell happened? Did they simply run out of ideas? Are the cast all just bored at this stage?

Painful.

Warning: Spoilers
A great start to a show absolutely ruined by an embarrassing sitcom parody. This is worse than Fonzie jumping his motorcycle over a pool of sharks.

Rob Lowe and every cast member should be deeply humiliated by this witless waste of my time.

Matteo burned down his school as a teenager. How is that funny?

Now since I have to pad this out to the minimum six hundred characters, I'll ramble on about other things.

Summer, summer, summer, it turns me upside down.

And Matteo absolutely belongs in prison. I still have eighty characters to go to before IMDB will let me post this review of the worst episode of tv this year.

Where Did The Good Writers Go?
JMadems8 April 2023
Warning: Spoilers
After season 3 of the OG critics said Tim stole all the good writers and put the on LS. Well they must have escaped - cause this season is the worst for LS and this episode was beyond cringing. Now both shows stink. Is the Tarlos wedding supposed to save this season?? Kristen and her disgusting girlie writers with no decent experience are killing OG and LS has joined them. That LS dream sequence was deserving of a -10 if possible. As bad as the donor trash in OG. They are proving the old military motto "Having lost sight of our mission, let us redouble our efforts." What has happened to the tricky emergencies?? Budget get too tight so let's just dumb it down. Idiot audience will never notice.

Why would either of these shows get renewed with such bad scripts, lack of technical oversight and really bad acting. Good directors and photography can't make up for pathetic scripts. Is Tim too busy to try to bring on 911 #3 to sell to the studio to pay attention to the junk he left behind?? We don't need the Owen hour in LS. Do they have a death wish for the OG leaving someone like Kristen Reidel in charge? So sad. Pull the plug. Don't need to see them both get even worse next season.
