Many of the biggest pop stars of all time rarely wrote their own music. On the other hand, Dua Lipa said she prides herself on writing her own songs — but the “Cold Heart” singer had no role in writing “New Rules.” The pop diva explained what she thought performing “New Rules” even though she didn’t pen it. She also discussed what she thought of the song and the people who wrote it.
Dua Lipa wasn’t present when ‘New Rules’ was written but she feels like she was
During a 2018 interview with GQ, Lipa was asked her feelings on songwriting. “I still take a lot of pride in being able to write my own songs,” the “Houdini” singer said. “My story’s coming from me. But ‘New Rules’ is a song that I felt like I had been in the room and written.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have secretly split, and this division will likely push their personal and professional careers forward. However, their separation isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Here are the details.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have split…professionally
Shortly after leaving their workload for the crown behind in 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle united in several professional projects. The couple signed a Netflix deal for $100 million and a Spotify deal to produce a podcast.
Subsequently, everything Harry and Meghan did after leaving the House of Windsor, they did together. Even though Meghan’s podcast featured her voice and points of view, Harry was a contributor.
Then, in 2023, royal watchers learned that Meghan had signed with William Morris Endeavor for projects unrelated to acting and without Harry. In February of this year, the podcast company Lemonada Media added Meghan to their stable of talent.

‘Dig! Xx’ Review: Ondi Timoner’s Outstanding 2004 Rock Doc Is Back For More – Sundance Film Festival
At the height of its failure, every day was Altamont for the Brian Jonestown Massacre, the San Francisco outfit founded in 1990 by Anton Newcombe, the Klaus Kinski of psychedelic rock. Just in time for this 20th anniversary overhaul of Ondi Timoner’s breakthrough documentary, the Bjm were back in the news as recently as November 2023, when the first night of an Australian tour ended in a riot. That the riot was confined to the stage, and played out in front of a dumbfounded audience, is Dig! Xx in a nutshell, a welcome return for a film that no less an authority than Dave Grohl calls, in a specially filmed new intro, “the greatest rock ’n’ roll documentary of all time.”
It helps to have a working knowledge of the two bands it features — the Bjm and Portland alt-rockers The Dandy Warhols — but Dig! Xx works on a meta level too,...

It’s getting to be that time for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The time in their journey as parents to send their oldest child, 4-year-old Prince Archie, to kindergarten. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to be gearing up for Archie to transition from taking preschool classes to kindergarten. According to a royal author, he’ll likely follow in his mom and dad’s footsteps.
Harry and Meghan are expected to enroll Archie in an exclusive kindergarten class
It’s off to kindergarten for Archie. While Harry and Meghan haven’t revealed where their son will attend school, royal author Tom Quinn has an idea.
Quinn, whose most recent book, Gilded Youth: An Intimate History of Growing Up in the Royal Family, examines the lives of royal children, thinks Archie’s set to go to a private school, like his parents before him.
But not just any private school.

As rumors swirl that Meghan Markle is poising herself for an Instagram return, a royal commentator believes the Duchess of Sussex “could lose as much as she stands to gain.” By exposing herself, Meghan may be setting herself up for the biggest failure of all, they believe.
A royal commentator finds Meghan Markle’s potential Instagram return ‘fragile’
Daniela Elser, a royal commentator who writes for News.com.au, believes that while Meghan Markle’s return to Instagram could be beneficial monetarily for the Duchess of Sussex, it could also leave her “fragile.”
In an essay titled “Meghan Markle’s Huge Instagram Mistake Exposed,” Elser writes that Prince Harry’s wife may find herself facing even more scrutiny with a social media return. Here’s what she had to say.
“I’m far from convinced that the debut of @Meghan is the savvy play here. Meghan could lose as much as she stands to gain,...

Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry, left the royal family back in early 2020. Since then, the two have carved out their own lives in California, where they’re living with their two kids: Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Since leaving the royal family, Harry and Meghan have spoken out about their time living within those palace walls, but Meghan claims she hasn’t even said it all. In one interview from 2022, Meghan almost seemed to subtly threaten the royals with her language: “I can say anything.”

Meghan Markle’s New Instagram: 1 Follower Accidentally Confirms That @meghan Really Is Meghan Markle
Meghan Markle is more than likely returning to Instagram. The Duchess of Sussex hinted last year that she was planning to return to the popular social media app, and a mysterious Instagram account, only called @meghan, recently appeared on the platform. People instantly suspected it was the former working, but a few sly people realized that one person who follows the account pretty much gives it away that it is, in fact, the duchess.
It still remains unclear when Meghan will officially launch the account.

Bower spoke to GBNews’ Tom Wootton and weighed in on claims Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are at odds as to how to raise their children. A fundamental difference between the couple could be at play.
“If you can’t agree on how to bring up your children, it becomes a major problem! This is Harry and Meghan’s next big test,” he explained.

Sara Ramírez is once again addressing the ongoing criticisms around their And Just Like That character, Che Diaz.
In a statement posted to Instagram on Tuesday, the former Grey’s Anatomy star emphasized that questions about the character’s development should be pointed at the series’ writers and that critics of their nonbinary character’s representation on the show should stop conflating the role with who Ramírez is in real life.

“And Just Like That…” star Sara Ramírez has addressed a magazine profile written about her that could be read as an attempt to use humor to take down the actor and their character on the Max show.
In the June 2023 piece by The Cut, writer Brock Colyar draws parallels between their “And Just Like That…” character Che Diaz and Ramírez that the actor doesn’t agree with.
“I am a human being, an artist, an actor,” Ramírez said in a Tuesday post to Instagram. “And we are living in a world that has become increasingly hostile toward anyone who dares to free themselves from the gender binary, or disrupt the mainstream.”
The Cut story also mentions Ramírez’s theory that perhaps the show’s team “was just being cheeky and trolling us all about how self-serious we get over the politics of representation on a fizzy sitcom.”

Before meeting Prince Harry, Meghan Markle lived a relatively ordinary life. Yes, she had made decent money as an actor on Suits, but she was just famous enough to have niche fans yet still normal enough to go places without always being recognized. However, meeting Prince Harry changed all of that.
Meghan was forced to remove all of her social media, and when she and Harry left the royal family, she said in an interview that she was planning to return to Instagram. She was recently spotted in a friend’s Instagram photo, and one account with the handle @meghan has some people thinking she’s getting ready for her big debut. But one royal expert says that could be “fresh hell” for the royal family.

Now, there are rumors that the couple may be looking to once again move back to the United Kingdom. Insiders even claim Harry has gone so far as to suggest to William that he and Meghan would rent a Kensington Palace apartment, but bear with us: There is nothing to suggest these rumors are true.

Now, though, fans are certain that Meghan is preparing for a comeback — and one telling Instagram account has fans scrambling to give it a follow.
