Enigma is beautiful series

Enigma Series is such a beautiful series. The cinematography is insane, the story plot is intriguing and you wont realize how much you are drowning in it. The main cast, esp win and prim potraying ajinfa so great, they have beautiful chemistry. Loved how they were also able to build and develop ajinfa characters in only 4 episodes. From just Ajin asking Fa to help him to Ajin really caring about Fa and more worried about the safety of Fa who has not been equipped with more extensive magic knowledge. From Fa who felt herself confined in a shell to her getting a bit of happiness for herself. Really looking forward to AjinFa to comeback in season 2! They are perfect to make a team!

Engaging storytelling created a worthwhile watching experience

Narrative and Storytelling (9/10): I highly appreciate the storytelling approach of the movie as a significant strength. The development of the plot and relationships between characters truly captivated you. A rating of 9/10 suggests that the movie effectively created an engaging narrative space.

Acting (8/10): An 8/10 rating for acting indicates that the cast managed to showcase their best in their roles. Their diversity and ability to convey emotions play a crucial role in delivering an emotionally resonant story.

Visual Effects (6/10): While action scenes and special sequences might not have met your expectations, a score of 6/10 still indicates that the majority of the visual effects were notable and contributed to the film's value.

Special Scenes (9/10): highlighted the pool scene in part 3 ep4 and the exorcism scene in part 4 ep1. A score of 9/10 for these scenes suggests that they had a strong and intriguing impact, significantly enhancing the viewing experience.

Ending (7/10): A rating of 7/10 for the ending indicates that there were some unresolved issues or possibly inadequately resolved elements. The forced resolution of plot points and the role of guest characters have affected the overall impression.

In summary, my evaluation of Thailand's "Enigma" is quite positive with a score of 8.5. Despite some areas that could be improved, the narrative development and engaging storytelling created a worthwhile watching experience.

One of the best series from GMM
aletterinthewind20 May 2024
I really really love & enjoy everything, from the story, acting, chemistry, visual, chinematografi and all.

AjinFa characters are iconic. If someone mentioned about enigma, then i'll remember ajin (win) & fa (prim) directly. Even this not romance genre, but Metawin and Prim's chemistry is unbeatable and their acting is chef kiss. Their scenes always satisfying.

For me this is one of the best in 2023 & one of best gmm series. Can't wait for enigma season 2. So ready to follow ajin's story in hunting enigma.

And i hope it will be aired in netflix because everyone must watch this masterpiece series.

ENIGMA BEST SERIES
dillaina14 August 2023
It was actually so engaging every single episode i was extremely hooked. I watched this for the actors and actresses and it DELIVERED win is so hot here like oh my gawd. I might need to watch more of this kind of genre. Spellbinding and intriguing. One of the well-directed thai drama that I've seen and one of the most captivating occult-themed show I've encountered. Love the lore, love the acting, love the song, winprim's chemistry, and all the fairytale references. I'm down for a second season and waiting for ajinfa back again cause they're the main lead or winprim new series is ok too. Enigma Masterpiece.

I think this is the best thai short series i watched
claudiahoc21 August 2023
Not gonna lie i expected more romance and less action. Not only expected but more like wanted. The plot itself was very good, complex but easy to understand, and also all the fantastic elements were very creative. Also very new to me since i havent seen or heard of most of the stuff they used or the powers they had. Clearly wanna see Win and Prim on a second season where the plot becomes more complex and they can have some real character development, even if the first season had enough of Fas personality, or i guess multiple personalities cause she was like a clock, always changing from passive agressive to lovely good friend. I cant wait for the second season!

Not a Fan of Horror shows but Enigma Series left me craving for more
WahikiMahi14 August 2023
Enigma Series is no short of Stellar cinematic experience. The performances by Win Metawin and Prim Chanikarn truly bring the show to life. Also Piploy, Earn and Prigkhing did total justice to their roles. The cast acting prowess is evident in every scene, leaving viewers captivated by their impeccable portrayal of their characters.

The different layers to the Main character Ajin was exceptionally conveyed by Win Metawin and the chemistry between the leads is nothing short of mesmerizing (one of the usp's). Their on-screen connection is palpable, adding an extra layer of depth to the already gripping storyline. The switch between hot and cold in their persona was so smooth and intriguing, enhancing the tension and intrigue, making for an unforgettable viewing experience.

This Series has been thoroughly entertaining with the plot twists and turns that keeps you guessing, and the suspense is masterfully built throughout the show. The only drawback for me is leaving some mysteries unsolved and guest appearances which fell off-track, probably making way for ss2 but I'd rather prefer makers not compromise on promises and foundations set at the beginning of the series.

If you're looking for a show that will keep you enthralled and guessing until the very end, while being treated to exceptional acting, Visually appealing characters and undeniable on-screen chemistry, Enigma Series is an absolute must-watch. Win Metawin and Prim Chanikarn's performances alone are worth the watch, and the show's ability to seamlessly merge multiple genres makes it a true standout in its category.

Is Enigma even real?
erin-skv8 October 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Well, that was intense... I didn't expect much to be honest. There were some elements they should have made a little better but still it was an enthralling spectacle.

This mini-series definitely has an interesting plot and a really strong-built suspense with the elements of horror. And it lives up to its name to the fullest because the plot and the main male lead both are quite mysterious so it feels like the whole thing should be continued, you know. We got nothing about the main character's story, his past and motives (there were some easter eggs though) and it makes the series even more intriguing. For me it was the main reason to like it because I love when it's open for interpretation and deep thinking. There's definitely a space for that.

I liked the style and the vibes (sinister and creepy), the visuals were on top and the soundtrack was great, it helped every scene to be much more special. For those who love dark atmosphere, definitely.

The main lead did a great job portraying his complex character with several different faces he shows the world. I mean we can see three or four different people in him throughout the series and by the end he becomes more human than ever. I absolutely liked his mysteriousness and uncertainness. He is not a perfect hero and for me he even gives off some "bad" vibes because he lives in a lie, wears masks pretending to be someone he is not and uses people for his own benefit. He looks like a very determined person, quite obsessed with his mission, but in the final scene you can see his eyes full of fear. I didn't catch the "confident one" vibe from him at all. He acts tough but he's still unsure of his actions and scared of what's unfolding in front of him.

The love subplot was totally unnecessary. It was like an "ehhhh" moment. I get it why the girl fell in love with him. It was not his looks but rather his determination and purposefulness, she was blinded by it and I guess she is not the first one on his way, you know. Besides that, she was engaged with his occupation so it's understandable. But as you can see he is not interested in a relationship of any kind. He behaved like her feelings were absolutely meaningless for him. All he can think of is his "enemy". And this opens the door for interpretation. Why is he so obsessed with that person? Were they brothers or friends or even lovers? What happened? Did they go different magic paths or something? Who betrayed who? But I feel like the main character is not a hero in this story between the two of them. He looks like he knows he doesn't have enough strength and credibility to face this "evil". Maybe he is trying to reach his "enemy" to fix something that happened in the past? Anyway, it definitely seems to be quite intense. I wish it was like that because you have so much room for fantasy here you can't throw it away like it was nothing, that final scene.

I liked Tul a lot. He had like one minute of screen time but he was massive. His visuals were so authentic and intriguing. We got a very good plot twist here. It was the best thing that happened to this mini-series. In the final scene we got to know that the main character is not the lead guitarist in the band, you know. Everything was a game between a really big, scary and smart cat and a little dummy mouse. It was a trap of some kind, a diversion... but we still don't know what for. Yet still Tul didn't seem to hate his "mouse", he actually looked at him with some nostalgia saying that one day they will definitely meet. And it was extremely thought provoking.

So is Enigma even real? "Is it a person? Is it a place? Maybe it's an emotion? We don't know" ©

I really want this story to be continued with these four episodes setting the stage for the two main leads to meet. What a great way to create a buzz!

BTW, you can hear Tul's laugh at the very end of the 3rd episode when he is not even in sight. Well done, well done!
