J.B. Smoove works mostly in Los Angeles, but he grew up in the New York area, so it's always exciting to make his way home. On Comedy Central's new stand-up comedy series "Russell Simmons Presents: The Ruckus" (Thu., 10 p.m. Est on Comedy Central), Smoove plays host to all the talent, but he does more than introduce the acts.
