The Young Artist Academy is the only youth awards structured the same as major Hollywood award guilds. As members of the Academy, young performers are taught the process and elements of awards judging by artistry, awards show development and production processes. The valuable industry experience gained gives young entertainers and influencers the advantage of fully understanding and familiarity to participate in adult counterpart awards show organizations when eligible.
By modeling after the Grammys, Emmys, and Oscars, experiences provided by the Young Artist Academy educate young members about how awards show organizations work, and provide a career advantage to fully participate in major awards show guilds upon eligibility.
