It's hard when shows get cut down in their prime. Firefly, Pushing Daisies, Freaks and Geeks, we hardly knew thee. (PSA: It is your patriotic duty to watch Community. PSA concluded.) But it's almost harder when you hear about awesome shows that somehow never got a pilot. Case in point: Dave and Flav. Dave Coulier has some new web series called Can't Get Arrested, and it features his Full House costar Jodie Sweetin, and blah blah blah shut up, Uncle Joey. What really matters is this treasure that came out of an interview about the project: he's itching to do a show with his Surreal Life buddy Flavor Flav. "Yeah, we always wanted to do a TV show together. It'd be called 'Dave and Flav,' about the whitest Midwestern guy living with the guy from Public Enemy. We meet each other on a [...]...

Dave Coulier, the actor and comedian who played Joey Gladstone on the now-classic sitcom "Full House," would like everyone to know that he is not Canadian. His mother is Canadian, but he was born and raised in Detroit, Mich., and got his start in stand-up there at a young age.
He's not sure why that untruth has seeped into the public consciousness, but it seems to fit with a few other rumors about the Detroit-born Coulier: that he inspired ex-girlfriend Alanis Morrissette's quintessential angry-rock-song, "You Oughta Know," that he wanted to play professional hockey, that he's dead. (The Huffington Post can confirm that he's very much alive.)
Though Coulier's still best known for his "Full House" connection, he's also worked consistently as a voice actor over the years on "The Jetsons," "Scooby and Scrappy Doo," and "Muppet Babies," among others, and he's continued to tour all over the country as a stand-up comedian.

Former Full House co-stars Jodie Sweetin and Dave Coulier are to reunite for a new Internet sitcom.
Sweetin and Coulier, who played Stephanie Tanner and quirky Joey Gladstone in the long-running U.S. show, will team up for web series Can't Get Arrested, in which they will portray a "version of themselves" and work together to rekindle their careers by using any means necessary to attract media attention and get back in the spotlight.
The programme, which is set to premiere on Monday, will also feature a number of guest stars, including Full House alum Candace Cameron and Saved by the Bell's Dennis Haskins.
