Reasonabilism is seemingly a parody of Scientology. The cult began with Lou Prozotovich's instructional book "Organize It," not unlike L. Ron Hubbard's book "Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health," which led to the creation of Scientology. The Reasonabilists believe Zorp will destroy mankind with his volcano mouth, and, according to Scientologists, Xenu destroyed the citizens of the Galactic Confederacy by detonating hydrogen bombs in volcanoes. The current edition of "Dianetics" features a volcano on the cover. Also, the cult was called "Reasonabilism" because "if people criticize them it'll seem like they're attacking something very reasonable," and Hubbard named his church "Scientology" to capitalize on the "prestige and perceived legitimacy" of natural science.
One of the items on Andy's bucket list is to become an action star. Chris Pratt would go on to star in multiple action films, most notably the Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) and Jurassic World (2015) franchises.
Andy tells the bank teller he wants $1,000 in the form of "a billion nickels," but $1,000 would only be 20,000 nickels. This is not a mistake by the writers; it is showing Andy's lack of math knoedge.
