Earlier, James May's Man Lab ended with 1.19m (5.5%) at 8pm, while new comedy series Watson & Oliver was seen by 903,000 (2.9%) at 10pm.
BBC One's MasterChef climbed as the semi-finals continued to 5.21m (24.0%) at 8pm. Great Bear Stakeout took in 3.37m (15.1%) at 9pm, while Question Time attracted 2.62m (22.2%) at 10.45pm.
ITV's coverage of Chelsea's Europa League win over Basle scored 3.76m (17.4%) at 7.45pm.
On Channel 4, Secret Eaters grabbed 1.32m (6.1%) at 8pm, with 255k (1.1%) tuning in on +1. Sex Clinic secured 924k (5.7%) at 10pm.
Channel 5's Cowboy Builders was seen by 1.15m (5.3%) at 8pm, followed by Trauma Doctors with 1.19m (5.0%) at 9pm.

The latest heat of the cooking competition attracted 4.69 million viewers (21.7%) at 8pm, only slightly lower than last week's equivalent episode.
Maureen Lipman's journey documentary If Memory Serves Me Right won 2.56m (11.8%) at 9pm. Question Time brought in 2.72m (22.8%) at 10.45pm.
On BBC Two, Hairy Bikers' Best of British attracted 1.57m (7.7%) at 7pm, followed by James May's Man Lab with 1.69m (7.8%) at 8pm. Documentary Could We Survive a Mega-Tsunami? was seen by 2.24m (10.3%) at 9pm.

Graham Norton and Richard Hammond have signed up to host new shows on BBC America. Norton will present a new comedy gameshow which has the working title of Would You Rather with Graham Norton. The 13-part series, which will premiere later this year, will be shot in New York and feature top Us comedians. Meanwhile, Hard Drive with Richard Hammond will see the Top Gear host travelling across the Us and competing with local experts who are driving some of the country's most unusual vehicles. BBC America also announced that it is currently working with Hammond's Top Gear co-star James May on an American version of James May's Man Lab, although the project has not yet been picked up. The oft sci-fi-centric cable network announced orders for two original unscripted series on July 25 and a slate of five more currently in development. And the shows definitely making their way to the tube include two of the network's most familiar faces.
The tentatively-titled "Would You Rather With Graham Norton" and "Hard Drive With Richard Hammond" have been picked up for 12 and 6 episodes, respectively -- giving the titular stars double duty on the stateside BBC in addition to their gigs on "The Graham Norton Show" and "Top Gear."
"Would You Rather" is a game show, shot in New York, that pits Us comics against each other in a battle of wits. When it premieres later in 2011, it will join the Bbca's recently launched "Ministry of Laughs" comedy block.
As for "Hard Drive," the six-episode run is based off of BBC's...

BBC America has greenlighted its first two unscripted series, Would You Rather with Graham Norton and Hard Drive with Richard Hammond, which are tied to two of the cable channel's top three unscripted franchises, reruns of British hits Top Gear, Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares and The Graham Norton Show. Would You Rather will feature host and comedian Graham Norton in a new original comedy game show that tests the wits of the best U.S. comics.
