The Homicide Summary Sheet Detail - Open Cases shows that Sophie Clark was strangled on 06/15/1963, but she was actually found on 5 Dec 1962. Later, Jane says "a Joann Graff was strangled in 1962." However, Joann Graff was found on 23 Nov 1963.
On her ill-fated date, Dr. Isles mentions the theorized "big bang" and states that at that moment the universe was at its highest level of entropy. Sorry, Dr., but entropy continuously increases--that's a law of physics--and at the purported Big Bang, entropy would have been at its LOWest. ("Entropy" refers to disorder.)
In the scene where Rizzoli, Isles and Frost are at the crime scene for Joann Graff, as Rizzoli notices the stain on the scarf and a split second after she says "Maura", bringing it to Isles' attention, you can clearly see Joann Graff, the corpse, blink.
