Spoilers

The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Violence & Gore

  • In Episode 1, when Starscream stabs Cliffjumper, when his engeron blood falls out, and Cliffjumper fall to the ground, and Cliffjumper is dead.
  • Megatron is suddenly impaled off screen. He groans in pain before we see the aftermath and he eventually dies from the wound. While this is more intense it is surprisingly graphic for a series meant for a younger audience.
  • The first action scene in the show involves Cliffjumper being caught in a large explosion. He is brought before Starscream, who stabs his hand into the injured Autobot's chest. His energon bleeds out onto the floor, and Cliffjumper falls to the ground lifelessly.
  • Silas, a villainous human character, is crushed and nearly killed underneath some wreckage. He is hooked up to the salvaged remains of Decepticon Breakdown, and shots of his face show it to be stitched together. He dies on-screen during season 3.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • An episode features Ratchet becoming addicted to synthetic Energon, which has the same effects that steroids have on humans. Said synthetic Energon is also pumped into the body via syringe, or at least the Cybertronian equivalent of it.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The season 2 finale "Darkest Hour" is very intense.
