A good baseball-themed episode and one that featured two key aspects of shows that make American Dad work: Steve getting angry and Stan getting sloppy.

Whether it was going to Orlando and training and hiding, whether it was Steve not seeing the obvious, this episode had a lot of funny moments and played into what makes those characters so memorable.

This was not a perfect episode by any stretch, but featured a lot of good moments. Even the little things like having the Director of the CIA singing the famous song "Centerfield" contributed to me giving this some pretty high remarks in the IMDB review.

You have to be in the right frame of mind for this episode. Didn't think much of the song, but some parts made me belly laugh super hard in classic AD style. Gory Slapstick at it's absolute finest -including Family Guy and the Simpsons. It's AD's niche and they are the best in the world for me. The Simpsons, and in their Hallowen Specials over the last 30 years, need to take credit here too, for their powerful influence on the American Dad writers. As Family Guy does in fact, and as Seth himself has said. Back to this episode, it's not at the same standard for AD seasons 2-5/6, but I still enjoy it a lot. It's got a special and unique style /vibe / atmosphere. Not to everyone's taste but to me, it's delicious.
