Walt loses his job for making a move on the principal, and is met by Jesse, who has produced a new batch of Meth on his own. Jesse wants Walter to introduce him to Gus. Jesse shows Walter the Meth that he cooked all by himself. Walt rejects Jesse's product as substandard (The color is all cloudy which means Jesse was struggling with distillation during the manufacturing process), and Jesse resolves to sell the product to Gus himself. Jesse says that he gave out samples to a lot of people and everyone said that the product was good. Jesse goes to Saul and asks for a meeting with Gus. Gus reluctantly agrees to the purchase, anticipating that Walt's pride and financial need may convince him to accept his business proposition. Jesse only receives half the payment, while the second half is delivered to Walt.
Meanwhile, Skyler continues her affair with Ted. Hank forgoes his transfer to El Paso in order to pursue a new lead at a gas station (where Jesse used the Meth to pay off the gas station attendant). Hank arrests the junkie and tries to find out how he came to possess the blue Meth. Gomez is worried that Hank is obsessed about Heisenberg. He reckons Heisenberg is gone and the Meth might be a leftover from an old cook.
Hank tracks the Meth down to the gas station and understands the transaction from the attendant. Hank finds am ATM CCTV installed outside the gas station and gets a pic of the RV and finds there are 29 of them registered in the state. There is no clear picture of the plates.
