- Demons throughout the game are depicted as mostly naked women with very bare-minimum clothing covering them
- Some cut-scene sequences show two characters embracing and kissing -- including same sex couples -- and one female demon shows her breasts. Some dialogue is suggestive, too, such as being asked if you want to go to a brothel or join other characters in their tents.
- There are several sex scenes that can be unlocked in the game.
- These sex scenes range from inter-racial intercourse, to gay and lesbian intercourse. The scenes aren't very graphic in their nature. Men and women passionately kiss one another in their underwear, and the screen fades to black. Graphic moaning is then heard.
- It is possible to solicit a prostitute at a brothel. No sex is seen, but is implied through fade-to-black to have happened. As a joke it's possible for the player character to wake up in bed next to various animals, depending on the brothel choices taken.
- Several characters make non-graphic but suggestive sexual innuendos in dialogue.
- In one possible opening, there is a sequence wherein a group of women, possibly including the player character, are kidnapped by a group of socially powerful young men with the intent of sexually assaulting them. It is stated that this happens to the player character's cousin before an escape can be made, though the act is not seen.
- One type of monster encountered a few times, the desire demon, takes the form of a nude woman, with upper frontal nudity visible.
- The player can optionally remove clothing and armor from player-controlled characters, leaving them in skimpy underwear (which cannot be removed).
- One of the main boss fights is the broodmother she is a large lump of flesh with eight boobs with everything is shown.
Violence & Gore

- Frequent bloody violence. Characters are stabbed in the backs, and there is a lot of beheading.
- After battles the characters are covered in blood (though it is possible to turn this effect off in the game options).
Profanity

- A character is perpetually drunk. This is mostly played for comedy.
- Gifts can be given to your party members to increase their approval. Some of these gifts take the form of alcoholic beverages.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Some characters have disturbing personalities, even a couple protagonists
- Some scary scenes throughout, especially related to the Darkspawn (who's appearance is very gory and disturbing) and the Fade (a realm pretty much akin to hell in the world)
- The game has a very intense tone as it concerns the impending end of the world, plenty of innocent people being put in peril, offering the player many difficult decisions that often don't have an easy answer, and some things could end badly despite player decisions
