[9.5] The episode that I've SO waited for!

Now that's a LOCO Black Summer episode with superb LeaderS with guns, sticks and ramps, either shooting "blindly" at each other, blood and brain splashing or running around with wooden ramps in their hands, ready to shove it somewhere!

The acting is just terrific, being it pure thrill or bladder-emptying fright.

Continue like that and I'll be rolling on the floor...

Thrilling, Action-Packed Episode

Why this house??

Great episode, but the main plot point doesn't make sense. Why is this house so valuable? Here we are, in a post-Apocalyptic United States, where millions of people have died. There would be plenty of empty homes around. No housing shortage at all. And there's nothing particularly special about this one. It's certainly not defensible - with glass windows all around that can easily be broken by anyone or anything. So why are dozens and dozens of people willing to die fighting over it?

I like the lighting and scenery - too many filmmakers use fake looking studio lights. This is a house with shadows, and it looks like a house without working electricity.

Nothing makes sense

I'm sticking with it because there are some really good bits to like but overall this show makes no sense whatsoever.

It needs to get a plot that can be followed and that someone cares about.

And they could all do with stopping shooting each other and wrecking everything.

As I said, nothing makes sense.

One of the episodes of the year so far for sure.

From start to finish my eyes were glued to the screen, my jaw to the floor. So many unforgettable moments from the action packed episode. I love the POV shots were we follow a certain character and their perspective on what's unfolding it's such a fantastic way to tell a story they've really smashed it this season.

The War Starts

This Episode begins with Sun, she is still captured by Ray. Sun has a head injury, she almost can't walk on her own. Ray warns that he will kill everybody if Rose, Anna and Freddie stay inside the house. Ray his man are shooting on the house. Freddie got shot, he is heavily wounded. Rose pushed Freddie into the basement. Rose and Anna are hiding themselves in the bathroom. Rose and Anna captured Boone. Nice Episode of Black Summer Season 2, this was really exciting. This Season has a really high level, much better than the First Season. I really like the characters, Ray is a really great villain!

Action means nothing when you don't care about characters

Yes, the action scenes are great, both filming and choreography are fantastic, but it's hard to care about people who you don't know and, in the melee, can barely tell apart.

It's like a zombie video game, bursting from room to room, shooting anything that's in there - great fun if you're playing, but if you're watching, gets old real fast.

If this had been a season finale after I'd gotten to know the characters, who to will to survive and who to wish dead, it would've been a 10, but without context...meh!

What An Explosive Episode

I can't get enough of this season. The action in the house is just so good. Sophie, Ray and Boone are promising new characters, hopefully they won't die like flies. Man, what happened to this show? My rate for this show went from 6 to 8 real quick.

Why.did they attacl the house to kill any living mankind or to have a shelter?

And the mother and the daughter. Ashame for the mankind!!! Killing innocents. Hate them both and wish to see them both killed.

Why was it sooo important to get to the house (and then to loose almost whole of your crew just to leave again)?

Why doesn't anyone know any practical tactics or just logics how to storm a house full of windows defended by only 2 guns (one of them being a short distance shot gun)?

Why people constantly shooting eachother and so creating much higher danger to themselfs?

....so many whys!!!!
