This is not the highest quality short film I have ever watched. It doesn't look like a Hollywood product and while that may mean it looks a tad cheesy, it also means that it takes risks that no Hollywood production would dare take--and that's a big plus.
Now at the onset, I will warn you--this is NOT a politically correct film and it will tick off a lot of people. On the other hand, those people are idiots, so who cares?!
The film is a takeoff, of sorts, on the TV series "The Odd Couple", except in this case a very stupid American is roommates with a radical jihadist! Sadly, the American guy is just so oblivious that he has no idea that the roommate is a terror bomber--even though every possible clue is there! It's all done very tongue-in-cheek and is tacky fun throughout thanks to very good writing and an irreverence that is refreshing.
I wish the people that made this luck--they're gonna need it with all the political correct types who can't take a joke and become enraged at the film's insensitivity. BUT, it's the insensitivity that make it so worth seeing!!
