- Quotes
Rosa: Who are you?
Sonya Falsworth: I think a more apt question would be, who would you like me to be? I'm staggeringly versatile. To give you a couple of examples, I'm very good at being your bestie. I'm also devilishly good at being not your bestie. It's really just a matter of taste. Cake or death.

Harvest
I've never been on the side of people wishing that these shows were longer. I've always thought that a good story could be told in six episodes if it had the right writers and the right creatives behind it. "Secret Invasion" is the first of the MCU shows where my interest has gone more and more for each episode. We're now left with the finale, and I'm not really sure where I stand. I'm going to watch it, but the question is, should I really? This was by far the worst episode of this show and maybe the worst episode of an MCU show period.
I don't know why this show seems to be so disinterested in its subject matter. It's almost treating this entire storyline - which didn't necessarily impress critics in its comic-form either, but has a lot of supporters - as a big joke; not really taking the gravity of this situation seriously. I know that they want to scale it back and do a smaller show, but this is not the storyline to do it. We've been left now with a protagonist who does the bare minimum every time we meet him and an antagonist who seems to just come up with his plan in the direction of where the wind blows. None of the characters are really taking on, and while I do love Nick Fury, it seems like Samuel L. Jackson has simply taken this character to the same area he takes all his other characters. It's pretty much just Samuel L. Jackson at this point. They've also managed to take out all the surprise from the show, coming up with sequences that leave you guessing whatever is coming from a mile away. And now, everything that's left is a finale that doesn't have a lot of good will left over from the previous episodes. The episode does leave fans off on a bit of a tease that is very interesting and leaves the door open for an epic conclusion, but with the lazy approach that the writers have taken to the show so far, it's hard to imagine anything different coming up for the finale.
"Harvest" is not just the worst episode of this show, but may be some of the worst material that the MCU has done so far. There's nothing to grasp on in this; none of the stories are interesting anymore and the show has set itself up to be one of the least fascinating MCU projects.
