This episode takes place in January 1996, and it is heavily implied that Pamela suffers a miscarriage. However, Pam and Tommy's first child was born in June 1996, so there's no way for her to miscarry in January, get pregnant again, and have a child in June.
Vince Neil is present in the studio when Tommy informs his Motley Crue band mates that Pam is pregnant. Neil had left the band in 1992 and wouldn't return until 1997, more than a year after this scene takes place.
The ultrasound machine uses an LCD. Even an expensive medical device wouldn't have an LCD in the 90s.
When Rand gets to the studio, a third generation Mitsubishi Eclipse can be seen parked in the street. This generation of the Eclipse came out in 1999.
When Pam surprises Tommy in the studio, a mixing table with an integrated LCD is shown. Mixing tables used, if any, small CRTs back in the 90s.
Early on a montage shows checks being written for the tape from various locales. From Toronto purportedly, a city bus is shown waiting at a stop, white with a blue stripe down the side. Toronto buses are not white with blue running down the sides, or any shade of blue, anywhere, on its buses. As well, palm trees are seen in background.
