When the train arrives, an elegant antelope Dr. Malazo from Africa exits, and soon notices someone is hurt. To avoid a checkup, Bernard runs away and unsuccessfully hides in the station's waiting room. Everyone joins him, yet he stays behind the curtain listening to Dr. Malazo's story. She remembered how she helped an elephant ranger who stepped on a cactus but was very afraid of her big pliers. So, to distract him, she started playing the drums and while the elephant was swaying to the rhythm, she caught him off his guard and quickly pulled out the thorn. Who Who suggests they do the same with Bernard. Dr. Malazo starts playing while everyone is dancing, including Bernard who gets caught up in the rhythm. She then quickly straightens his ear and wraps it in bandages. Dr. Malazo teaches Bernard that doctors are here to help and that he has no reason to fear them.
