1. Imbalance in character development.
2. Aratrika is shown like she is thinking a lot- too much focus only on her, walking in slow motion too much.
3. The revelation at climax did not match the intensity built up.
4. Could not relate to any character. There were short scenes about each and assumed the characters are built, it was not executed right.
5. The whole show was too intense for a normal business issue, there could have been some laughter n other emotions.
6. Background music was really good but didn't meet the intensity of the plot. It exceeded the intensity.
7. Roshni Prakash (Ragini) one of the upcoming stars in south India is not valued enough in this show at all. Her role could have been better, assistants to these big businessmen are not just normal people, they are powerful too, they have command over many things. They showed her requesting somebody somethin, but they didn't show her powerful. Eg: Donna as Harvey Specter's assistant.
8. Kidnapping was totally unnecessary! Did not add anything to the plot, it just looked like it was added to show Aratrikas weakness n emotional side, and also show business world a lil dirty.
9. Convincing the government to take over 51% of the company and giving Aratrika 49% didn't make sense. Sadiq was caught bribing n lost 26% stakes is something difficult to relate to in India. It is not consistent with reality. Government would not make a decision which would take away high value business from India and affect its own economy.
10. The kidnappers- showing them as a couple with emotions about that kid and then killing them felt unnecessary, the plot wouldn't get affected if we did not know the kidnappers personal stuff since they were gonna be killed anyway.
11. Nora functioned very conveniently, we have no idea how or from where she came, they couldn't build up how dangerous she is.
12. The ex husband cheating on Aratrika was shown too easily. It was rushed as to why such a Powerful woman in business was fooled so easily, it was too much about Aratrika.
13. Aratrika's mother was shown as a point of sympathy and drive for her to succeed but did not build her mother's character enough. All we know about her is that, she was hit by her husband and that she adjusted saying nobody is perfect.
14. Getting loan papers signed by the manager using violence is not something that happens in real, they should have shows some security at the least. The same guy becoming chairman of the bank n coming to screw them felt too convenient.
15. Overall it felt as if we entered into a day of businessmen with not much info as to how they reached that point. Too many characters were used for the plot without much value addition.
16. Adith is the only artist who has a justified and balanced role in the show. He has done well!
