So bad I had to review it

There is no rhyme or reason why somebody wins. The winner is chosen if the network/show would get better ratings. Average acts can beat really death defying acts. Just too pc and just plain bad. So bad I deleted the timer that was recording episodes.

Get. Judges with at least half a brain!!!

This show has some of the best acts I've ever seen which says a lot since Im a fan of AGT. The problem is these judges are idiots!!! They pass a lady to the semis who missed 3 out of four football throws and scores only a 52!!! I would give this show a 9/10 based on acts only!!!

Football trick shot... booooooo

All i want to say is that the football trick shot artist missed 3 or 4 shots and still wins? At least the mentalist person had some entertainment value by possibly drinking acid. Who knows what else he couod have done and definitely would have been "bigger" than missing some trick shots with a football. Plus how can throwing a football at a target be considered a trick shot, maybe shows accuracy...is the 3 throws were completed. But, I digress.. the show itself is entertaining, although the judges are not consistent.

What we do for entertainment is getting worse every year. Watching idiots trying to kill themselves is not entertainment. What's next? Public duels, gladiators????? Reality tv is garbage.

I was SO disappointed by this show. The scoring system is awful, very disappointed with the final scoring (hope others feel the same). I watched this show expecting people to "go big" ie: dangerous stunts, risky talents, etc. Yet the winner (although VERY talented) did not "go big".

The premise of the show is great, the execution is a fail!! how do you put a singer against a stunt person and then use the most ridiculous method of scoring I have ever seen! the Judges may be cool, but the show is a fail to me.

to save the show I would start first by putting like acts together so that it makes sense, and then change the Scoring from the dumb Hand throttles, to a simple points system where the judges actually judge characteristics of the acts like excitement factor, crowd excitement, danger level, who knows, pick a couple for each type of act and let them actually judge based on a criteria! then the winner is the one with the most criteria based points, which makes sense!

they shove this garbage down our throats 3 times a day 6 days a week for months, at least make it worth watching!

Brain out entertainment

I'm not going to sugar coat it. This show is ok. Not the best "talent show" but it's fun. Snoop dogg is hilarious. Bert is fantastic and energetic. Cody is a little stand off ish. This is a show for rednecks and pot heads. Simple as. I love redneck entertainment and this show is one where you carefully remove your brain and just enjoy it for 40 minutes.

I debated on continuing to watch this show until the end. My brother and husband gave up on it after they passed a girl "throwing" footballs at targets and missing horribly over a magician with a half-decent act. Against my better judgement, I continued to watch week after week of pretty impressive acts, a horrible scoring system and half-entertaining judges. I listened to the judges continually say "that wasn't big enough... this is the go big show." THEN the finale happened. You have a guy hanging upside down holding 100 pounds of burning telephone pole in his mouth, a guy pulling 3500 pounds by his eye sockets, a guy almost killing himself doing a triple back flip off a 65 foot ramp and then a guy twirling a rope with his son. Please don't get me wrong, what the Texas charro did was impressive. BUT in no way was it "BIG." Somehow he finds a way to win.... I knew he was going to win from his very first performance & the judges reactions. This show was so predictable and scripted it isn't funny. Absolutely horrible.

I'm not quite sure what it is about this show that rubs me the wrong way. Maybe it starts with the terrible show name, the overreacting judges, the weird throttle thing they use to rate the acts. I watched an episode last night where they chose a sharp shooter who missed some targets over these twins who do motorcross and nailed their stunts. They were right to be upset and the judges thought they were so disrespectful as if their opinion is the only one that matters. I just can't stand it.

Yes, it's stupid. That's the whole point of the show.

What did you expect to get when Bert "The Machine" Kreischer meets up with a pro-wrestler, a hillbilly countrysinger, snoop dog and - for once - a serious actress (Rosario Dawson) as the oddball one instead of the other way around?

This sums it up, a guy who can do back flips in his wheel chair gets beaten by a guy who lassos while standing on a horse. Every single minute of this show is cringe worthy at best.

Bert, when I first started listening to your podcasts I found you extremely annoying. Then I grew to like you. Now, after watching this absolute trash I can't even bring myself to listen to your podcasts anymore.

The cabin was awesome, but this show is worse than the worst reality show I've ever seen. Are you really that desperate? That new house must be costing you more than your podcasts and drive ins are making you to associate with this dumpster fire.

It's scripted .... they passed a lot of great worthy talents that went so big they risked their lives & gave the winning spot to the safest / not as impressive act cuz it had story & family

My advice watch the acts but skip the scoring because it's not fare at all .

The judges overreact to the dumbest acts that seem like they were put together in 5 minutes. The host might be the only saving grace. If they can change a few things. Get better acts and change the weird throttle rating thing. It might stand a chance.

The voting process seems inconsistent. Competitors are not even in the same category of competition and then the voting is based on what? Likable back story vs actual talent?

All acts are amazing!!!! Only problem is you love both acts and only one can win!!! Love the judges (expcially Snoop) and Bert is the best host ever!! All I ask is to keep bringing it!!! Thank you for getting our family thru Covid-19 lock downs.... Love it!!!

At least wrestling takes athleticism and skill. Half the performances in this show are just party tricks by a carefully curated roster of people. And it's obvious who's going through to the next round.

Okay, it's like the Gong Show, but sometimes with live ammo or monster trucks. What's sad is that with a few changes this show could have been a little better. The acts that competed against each other, for instance, were often so different that it was like comparing apples and drywall. A person who literally put his life on the line might be set against a person doing a more artistic act or a sideshow routine. To make matters even worse, there was apparently no objective rubric for scoring. It's always nice to know how the judges reached their decisions, and what's the deal with the weird scoring meter? It makes no sense. I charitably give this show 2 stars because it was created and filmed during Covid.
