A group of men becomes ill after cleaning up chemical waste.

In a chemical plant an accident happens with dangerous chemicals. A group of professional cleaners gets the job to remove all the mess. Since they have not been warned about the exact contents of the barrels, they do not wear appropriate protective clothing. After several days, they develop respiratory problems, skin ulcers and other medical problems. The owner of the plant refuses to take full responsibility, and some of the men accept a minor sum to cover their medical expenses. Having done that, they loose every right for further claims. This film shows how personal lives of common people are ruined, not only because of the accident, but also because of failing sense of responsibility of industry, as well as the government. In the end, the main character stands at the gate of the factory, showing his skin ulcers. It is the only way left for protest.
