Warner Bros. Pictures own the rights to the motion picture "Creepshow" in the U.S., and Universal Pictures own the rights to the film in the United Kingdom. Universal decided to do a CREEPSHOW Special Edition when offered the chance, including the documentary. This is why it is exclusive to the U.K. and not available elsewhere.

It is on the 2nd disc of the U.K.-exclusive 2-disc 'Special Edition' DVD release of "Creepshow", exclusive to the United Kingdom. It is available from Amazon.co.uk and other UK online (and offline!) stores...
Currently, no there are not. But obviously this could change in the future.
