Gwyneth Paltrow has a new British crush - celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
The actress, who is married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, recently interviewed Oliver for her Goop.com website and admits she's smitten with the cook.
Introducing the chat, Paltrow writes, "I love Jamie Oliver. I love his food, I love his books, I love his app, I love the mission he is on. Jamie Oliver is trying to change the way we eat, and by doing so, he plans to deal a massive blow to the likes of obesity, heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
"Jamie is having an effect... He is pretty great."
And she's not shy in letting her favourite British chef know how she feels about him. During the interview, she coos, "What is it like being so brilliant and so cute all at the same time?"
Oliver responds, "Bless you Gwyneth. Well I at least try to be brilliant, and I was cute as a baby but I think those qualities are probably very debatable subjects these days!"
Oliver isn't the only chef the actress adores - she shot TV food show Spain... On The Road Again with Mario Batali.

An Emmy Award-winning writer is suing the makers of Gwyneth Paltrow's new cookery show - claiming he was never paid for his work.
Paltrow stars in new TV series Spain... On The Road Again alongside celebrity chef Mario Batali which talks viewers through a variety of recipes and offers a gastronomic tour of the European country.
But the show - due to air this autumn - has been hit with legal action from Ben Karlin, a former head writer for Comedy Central's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, who claims to have been approached to "conceptualise and oversee" a companion book to the programme in 2007.
Karlin has filed papers in New York accusing production company chief Charles Pinsky of approving his concept for the guide but then delaying giving him a written contract and eventually dismissing him without pay. He has also accused the show's stars - Batali and Paltrow - of refusing to co-operate with his work on the book.
Pinsky's attorney Leslie Ben-Zvi has hit back at the suit, insisting Karlin has misrepresented the facts.
He says, "We will vigorously defend this lawsuit, including the good names of Charles Pinsky and Mario Batali."...
