With it being only a few days until the latest Doraemon anime film takes flight in Japanese theaters, the franchise released a brand new special trailer for Doraemon: Nobita's Earth Symphony . The trailer is set to the theme song of the film, "Time Paradox" by Vaundy, and embraces the movie’s orchestral influence to show off the “heart-touching” themes of the film. The official YouTube channel for singer-songwriter Vaundy has started streaming a music video for his latest song "Time Paradox," which will be featured as the theme song for the Doraemon anime franchise's next 43rd feature film, Doraemon: Nobita's Earth Symphony . The song released digitally on January 7, and its CD single will be available on February 28. The clip was directed by himself for the first time in one year since "Mabuta" (21st digital single) in January 2023. Actor Shota Sometani (the protagonist Shinichi Izumi in the Parasyte live-action films) plays the lead role in the clip, which tells a story about interfering in the past through a 'time runner'. “Escape From Mogadishu” held on to its place at the top of the South Korean box office for the second weekend. It comfortably overcame the challenge from newly released “The Suicide Squad.”
“Mogadishu” earned $4.26 million in its second weekend of release, down only 14% compared with its first session, in which it took $4.96 million. Since its July 28, 2021 debut “Mogadishu” has accumulated $14.5 million, making it the sixth ranking film released in Korea this year and the top locally-made title of 2021, according to data from the Korean Film Council’s Kobis tracking service..
