The Pedophile that Became a Reverend
claudio_carvalho24 March 2023
15th RESUBMISSION When a man and a woman are found murdered in a motel room, Catherine and Warrick investigate the crime scene. The man was shot to the head and the woman is tied-up in the bed and gagged. They collect evidences and later, in the laboratory, Mandy finds that the blood on the bed belongs to their daughter. Catherine learns in CODIS that the fingerprints belong to the pedophile Alistair Rhodes, who is now reverend of a nearby church. He claims that he visits many people in the motel, reason why the CSIs have found his fingerprints. Their further investigation shows that the victims are Alvin and Girlie Macalino. The investigators go to their house and find the girl Elizabeth Macalino dead on her bed. Soon they find that their other daughter, Amy Macalino, is missing. Meanwhile, Sara Sidle works with the new CSI Ronnie Lake, who is inquisitive and annoying, in the case of the homeless man found dead nearby the motel. They identify the victim as Eddie Kaye and Ronnie believes that he got into a fight and died. But Sara sees marks of handcuffs and investigates the fingerprints in his license driver.

"Go to Hell" is a reasonable episode of "CSI", with a lead story of a pedophile that turned into a reverend and a filler segment of a homeless died in an alley. Reverend Alistair Rhodes is a registered pedophile in the system, but can become a pastor of some church, luring naive people with exorcisms. The attention of Sara to details is impressive and she notes details of handcuffs on the wrists of the dead homeless man leading to the killer. Ronnie Lake seems to be an annoying character. My vote is seven.
