Quite funny
deickemeyer4 July 2019
Written by Clay M. Greene and produced by Percy Winter. This is quite funny, as Patsy is the goat for everybody. It is a pretentious comedy production, with a large cast, headed by Clarence Jay Elmer as "Patsy Bolivar." It makes a hit with the spectators and will please any audience. - The Moving Picture World, January 9, 1915
