Inspector Monroe is on the war path, bad tempered and grouchy, his annoyance is the result of one person, Dave Quinnan.
I'd you're stressed, or in a bit of a bad mood, this isn't the episode for you, everyone in it seems to be stressed, or getting stressed as a result of Monroe's bad mood.
I did enjoy this, Colin Tarrant was always so good as the righteous Monroe, Quinnan was one of the most interesting characters back then.
