In the beginning of the third part of the film, when Lewis is confronting Ben in the street after Mya has driven away, a shot of Lewis clearly shows Mya's car still parked in its spot behind him.
The amount of blood on Lewis and Ben's faces continually changes from scene to scene.
When exiting the building with Rod, Mya gets into a Honda with standard shifter; after the crash just before picking the CD player it can be seen that the car is now an automatic, and in the exterior shots the car is a Toyota.
The collar on Mya's jacket switches positions between shots after the car crash.
When Lewis is chasing after Ben and Clark, he turns a corner and the name on his shirt is backwards, revealing that the film was processed in reverse to change the direction he is walking. Though it could be reasoned that it reflects his mental state.
When Mya and Rod flee the building and head to the car you can see the corpse with the yellow blouse breathe and move. However, it is never established that it is a corpse. It could very well be someone dying, but not yet dead.
Every apartment in the movie has the same television set. Considering the television set is so prominently featured, and all the main televisions are obviously the same, it is more likely that the director intended it.
In theory, every home in Terminus was issued the exact same TV.
When Mya and Rod are driving, the radio is clearly on as you can hear the noise in the background, yet in the shot that shows the radio, the display is blank.
