Benjamin Horne shows several religious texts to his daughter, including "The Talmud", and states his intention to Audrey to read every one cover to cover. The Talmud is actually several dozen volumes long, and Ben appeared to be carrying merely a scholarly book discussing the Talmud.
During the sequence where the Giant returns Cooper's ring, as his hand disappears (leaving the ring suspended in mid-air), an 'X' can clearly be seen etched on the ground, used for lining up the ring to drop onto.
The flash and sound of the lightnings came at the same time. That could only happen when the lightning strokes very close to you, which wasn't the case.
In the bait and switch section, why does anyone involved agree to Leland being Ben's attorney when both victims are relatives of Leland? Neither Ben nor any of the police are in on Cooper's plan, and it seems implausible at best that they would agree to this.
Harry states that Ben was not arrested until after midnight. However in (#2.7), the arrest takes place earlier in the evening, shown in establishing shots and the other events which occur afterwards.
At the Roadhouse Cooper states that the second victim (Maddy) was found dead two days ago. It has been less than 24 hours since the body was found: he likely means she was murdered two days ago.
