The people who work in the lab, the ward clerks, complaints that you don't have enough time. I'm really getting tired of it. I told all of you to start thinking about where you're going to do community services. Two of you came forth. The rest of you are just waiting for the board to turn down that project. Well, they didn't turn it down. So now I'm gonna assign each one of you.

  Dr. Wayne Fiscus : Maybe nobody stepped forward because we're already doing enough.

  Dr. Jacqueline Wade : Wayne.

  Dr. Wayne Fiscus : You don't think we care about the people we deal with. Well, we do. We care, and they die anyway. You want us to go out and give more to the community? When it's the community that doesn't care. Medicine stinks because society stinks. We just supply Band-Aids for a lousy world. So I'm not gonna listen to any lectures about responsibility.
