When the "decoy" villain is leading Steve through the streets toward the park, a white station wagon can be seen waiting near an intersection, and then it pulls ahead and passes the villain. Yet then in the next shot of Steve following a moment later, the same white car passes Steve, which would be impossible since he was walking a good distance behind the villain
The white Ford pickup truck that the villain uses to try to run down Steve alternates between a standard F-150 with a plain front bumper and an older "Super 8" model with a different grille, colorful emblem, fancy "arc-styled" front fenders, and a pair of vertical "basher-plates" on the front bumper.
The hitman's white pickup truck has a deluxe rearview mirror, yet in the "as seen through the windshield" shot of the truck persuing Steve, there is just a glued-on metal mirror-mounting "button" on the upper middle of the windscreen, with no mirror attached to it.
When Steve is being chased down the alley by a pickup truck, there is a view from inside the truck looking through the front windshield and the rear view mirror is missing. But, in the next scene the rear view mirror is present.
Steve orders a hotdog at the stand and takes a bite. While the vendor writes down the info Steve requested, Steve picks up the hotdog to take another bite, but the hotdog is whole and without a previous bite.
The pickup truck forcibly strikes and pushes the heavy metal dumpsters, yet when the villain drives away, the front of the truck is totally shiny and undamaged.
In the hitman's "as seen through the riflescope" view of the lawyer, there is just the plain unaltered image, like in a regular telescope. All telescopic gunsights have crosshairs.
When Steve rips the door off the taxi and the taxi driver picks it up, there is no locking mechanism on the side of the door that would have keep the door closed. Clearly this is a prop.
When being chased by white pickup truck at about 29:00, rear view mirror is visible. Seconds later during inside view of pickup cab, mirror is missing. Then once again mirror is visible when pickup backs away.
When Steve shouts "Hopper" and jumps in slow motion to thwart the shooting on courthouse roof, the stunt double is clearly seen making the jump.
When making the collect call to his boss's office in NYC, the hit man doesn't give the operator his name or the phone number he wants to call, both necessities to place a collect call.
Steve tears the door off the taxi cab and takes the shooter into custody without showing any identification that he is authorized to so.
