Absolutely perfect comedy from beginning to end, it moves from one hilarious scenario to the next, seamlessly, this second series is virtually perfect, for me this was the purple patch of the great show, it's wonderful.
Most people remember this one for the scene where Victor walks round with the twisted pipe on his head, my favourite moment I where a gleeful Victor watches what he thinks is a comedy stage rehearsal.
It really does poke fun at the lovies, Desiree Gibson is the ultimate lovey, so incredibly middle class, the Bergerac viewing is a very funny scene.
Finally it's Margaret who seems to have a pop at Victor, it's normally the other way round, but the shoe is on the other foot here. It's also nice that Margaret is the one to have a hobby.
Classic comedy, 10/10.
