A terrible storm from Manchuria hits the MASH unit. There are two events taking place. One is Charles trying to get to Tokyo after his chopper is cancelled. He forces Klinger to drive him and on the way they get lost. On a road they come across three Greek soldiers who have overturned their jeep. They apply first aid and hunker down. Charles admits to being scared and he and Klinger start to bond. One of the men gets a collapsed lung and they need to do something they have never done before. Amazingly, they are able to do the job. Back at the camp, a water tower blows over with people on it and several are injured. Instead of a break in the wounded, they now have more than usual. This is a neat episode with lots of nice encounters. Oh, and Radar loses one of his Guinea pigs.

Warning: Spoilers
Enid Kent gets sort of centre stage billing as a supporting cast member, when her character Nurse Bigelow gets injured by a falling tank of water due to the typhoon that struck the 4077th. Margaret is guilty, and shows a softer side when Bigelow is recovering.
