There's been an escape from Stalag 13
LeBeau is placed in charge of destroying a research center that is located near the camp. The plan is to get LeBeau out of camp and see what he can find out about the place. Eventually, LeBeau will have to sneak into the plant and steal document then set fire to the center.
But while all this is going on, Klink finds out that LeBeau has escaped and has all his men out looking for him. Hogan volunteers to go into town and bring LeBeau back and with nearly all options used up, Klink finally agrees to let Hogan try. (This sets up a very funny scene where Schultz and Klink go undercover to follow Hogan.) With the plan in place Hogan goes to bring back LeBeau but only if the operation to destroy the research center is successful.
A very nice story that was full of comedy magic. From the beginning to the end this episode was interesting and funny. Every sitcom wishes for those two things from viewers.
