After Arthur kills Attorney John G. Lott, a newspaper is left at the scene with blood smeared on the Judy Moon comic. McGarrett looks directly at it, and makes no connection to the likeness of Mr. Lott., Again in Che's lab, McGarrett is holding the newspaper in his hand and again looking at the Judy Moon page still makes no connection. He doesn't make a connection until he is in the barbershop.
When Arthur confronts Danny, Danny is standing with a doorway to an apartment building on his right side (Arthur's left). From just inside the building, McGarrett speaks under his breath to Danno, telling him when to dive for cover. Danno does, and Arthur starts blazing away. But when McGarrett does a tuck-and-roll to get to Arthur while underneath his bullets, McGarrett lands on his right shoulder (coming in on Arthur's right side) when he should be diving to his left.
Arthur confronts Danny, Danny is near a doorway, McGarrett speaks to him and they both get out of the way, but there is no duck and cover on either part (not shown anyhow). McGarrett is standing the entire time and his position is entirely continuous.
