Residents from The Cockroft Estate are protesting outside the town hall, the genuine protesters are joined by racist thugs, and trouble breaks out, Chief Inspector Cato doesn't help the situation.
They aren't exactly doing a good job at making Cato likeable, since starting he's been antagonistic, stupid, abrasive, and now we see that he's incompetent to boot, how on Earth did he climb to such a rank.
Not sure why, but I get the idea that Cato would have been happier out with the rioters than inside The Station barking orders. Tony Stamp at his absolute best here, I love the way he stands up to Cato, he's no shrinking wallflower.
It's good, a good story with plenty going on, the show is definitely starting to show racism in its true light, just a shame more wasn't done to combat it.
Notable for featuring the wonderful Rez Kempton, and one of the most amazing voices on the planet, the excellent Ralph Ineson.
Kojak, that was too funny. 8/10.
