• Tony Almeida : [At a payphone with Jack listening in]  where are we meeting?

  Stephen Saunders : First, let me speak with my daughter

  Tony Almeida : No, you can talk to her when we make the exchange

  Stephen Saunders : Alright, bring her to an industrial park three miles north of where you are: on Morton Road, a car will waiting at loading dock twenty-two

  Stephen Saunders : Make it work. You've got ten minutes to get to the industrial park or your wife will die

  Tony Almeida : CTU has redundant satellites in that area. They're dedicating all their resources into finding me right now. If you want your daughter back safely, you pick a new spot

  Stephen Saunders : I am not negotiating terms Mr. Almeida, I've planned too long and too hard for today and I will do whatever it takes to make sure nothing interferes. Even if that means sacrificing my daughter, do you understand my commitment Mr. Almeida..?

  Tony Almeida : [Jack presses down on the receiver hanging up the phone]  what the hell are you doing? He wasn't going for it

  Jack Bauer : His testing you, his heard what you have to say, he'll phone back, now hang up the phone

  Tony Almeida : How do you know?

  Jack Bauer : Because right now he thinks I'm going to kill his daughter: the only reason why he exposed himself is to make sure that she's still safe

  Stephen Saunders : Make no mistake, this is your first and last accommodation

  Tony Almeida : Just tell me where you want to make the exchange

  Stephen Saunders : [Looking at his mobile computer]  downtown under the 6th St. Bridge

  Tony Almeida : Under the 6th St. Bridge

  Stephen Saunders : Be there in thirty minutes but if I see you brought anyone else into this, I will kill your wife

  Jack Bauer : [after Tony hangs up the phone]  you did great

• Jane Saunders : [while on their way to meet Saunders to exchange Michelle for Jane as Tony drives]  I know my father released the virus in the hotel, people died but do you really think he'll do what his saying? Release it all over the country?

  Jane Saunders : Why? There has to be a reason his doing all this?

  Jack Bauer : When I worked with your father, he dedicated himself to saving lives of innocent people. Something's happened to him, I don't know what but now he believes our government betrayed him
